When you claim a reward, join our list, or make a reservation, we collect only what we need — your name, mobile number, and (if you share it) your email. We use it to send your reward, confirm your visit, and occasionally tell you something worth knowing. Nothing else.

We verify your mobile number with a one-time code so a reward can't be claimed on your behalf. Your details are stored securely and are never sold. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time, and you can opt out of messages whenever you wish — just reply STOP or write to studio@nerva.in.

Consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, we collect your data with your consent and use it only for the purpose you gave it.
